Texora ("we", "our", "the app") is a business ERP application operated by Texora Technologies, Surat, India, for textile weaving units. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is protected. By using Texora you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: firm/company name, firm code, usernames, and contact details (such as mobile number and GSTIN) that you provide when creating a firm account or user accounts.
• Business data you enter: orders, parties, designs, yarn and beam records, job cards, production entries, challans, reports, and related operational records. This data belongs to your firm.
• Photos: design photos you choose to attach from your camera or photo library. Photos are uploaded only when you explicitly select or capture them, and are used solely to display within your firm's records and documents (such as job card PDFs).
• Technical information: basic logs required to operate and secure the service (such as request timestamps). We do not collect advertising identifiers and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the ERP service — storing and displaying your firm's operational data to your authorised users.
• To authenticate users and enforce role- and unit-based access within your firm.
• To generate documents you request, such as PDF reports and Excel backups.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. Your business data is not shared with other firms or third parties, except for the infrastructure providers that host the service.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Each firm's data is stored in its own database, isolated from other firms.
• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• Access requires a firm code, username, and password; user permissions are controlled by your firm's administrator.
• You can export a full Excel backup of your firm's data from the app at any time.

4. Permissions the App Requests

• Camera — only to capture design photos when you tap the capture option.
• Photo library — only to attach existing images as design photos.

The app does not access your contacts, location, microphone, or files beyond the images you select.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your firm's data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your firm account and its data, contact us at the address below and we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Children

Texora is a business tool intended for use by adults in a professional context. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
